1. ZuKeepr Is a Marketplace, Not a Childcare Provider

1.1 ZuKeepr is a technology platform. We help parents find and manage applications to licensed childcare providers, and we facilitate communications, applications, enrollments, and payments between those parties. We are not:

• A childcare provider or operator of any childcare facility;
• The employer or contractor of any daycare staff;
• A licensed entity for the purposes of childcare regulation;
• A guarantor of the safety, quality, suitability, or licensing accuracy of any daycare listed on the Platform;
• A party to the childcare agreement between a parent and a daycare.

1.2 Our marketing, public communications, and product copy are intended to describe ZuKeepr accurately as a marketplace technology service. If you believe any specific statement on our Platform, in our marketing, or in our communications could be reasonably read to imply that ZuKeepr provides childcare directly, please tell us at support@zukeepr.com so we can correct it.

1.3 ZuKeepr's verification of a daycare's licensing status is administrative only — confirming that a license document was provided and appears current at the time of review. We do not conduct in-person inspections, staff background checks, or ongoing regulatory monitoring. See the Daycare Agreement for details.

2. Parent Due Diligence

2.1 Choosing a daycare is one of the most important decisions a family can make. ZuKeepr cannot make that decision for you, and the information presented on the Platform is not a substitute for your own due diligence.

2.2 Before enrolling your child, we strongly encourage you to:

• Verify the daycare's current licensing or authorization status directly with the applicable regulatory authority;
• Visit the facility in person and meet the staff who will care for your child;
• Review the daycare's own policies, including its refund policy (which the daycare is required to publish on the Platform);
• Ask the daycare about staffing ratios, qualifications, training, emergency procedures, illness policies, and any other matters that are important to your family;
• Speak with other families who use or have used the daycare, where the daycare can facilitate.

2.3 ZuKeepr does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information about a daycare on the Platform, including descriptions, photos, capacity, hours, services, pricing, staff information, or reviews.

3. Not an Emergency Service

3.1 ZuKeepr is not an emergency service and cannot respond to emergencies in real time. The Platform is not designed to be a channel for emergency communication or for situations requiring immediate response.

3.2 If you believe a child is in immediate danger:

• Contact local emergency services (e.g., dial 911 in North America) first;
• Then, if appropriate, contact the relevant child protection authority and childcare licensing authority for the jurisdiction;
• You may also report the situation to ZuKeepr at support@zukeepr.com so we can take appropriate Platform-side action — but Platform-side action is not a substitute for contacting emergency services and the appropriate authorities first.

3.3 ZuKeepr does not monitor Platform messages or activity in real time. Messages exchanged on the Platform may be reviewed by ZuKeepr only for safety, fraud, abuse, legal compliance, support, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes, and review may be delayed; nothing about Platform messaging should be relied upon for emergency response.

4. Not Professional Advice

4.1 The Platform may include articles, blog posts, FAQs, guides, and similar content ("Informational Content") about childcare, child development, family resources, and related topics. Informational Content is provided for general information purposes only and is not:

• Medical advice;
• Legal advice;
• Financial, tax, or accounting advice;
• Educational or psychological assessment or treatment advice.

4.2 Do not rely on Informational Content as a substitute for professional advice from a qualified provider in the relevant field. ZuKeepr does not provide professional services and is not licensed to do so.

4.3 Informational Content reflects the views of its authors at the time of writing and may not be current. Laws, regulations, recommendations, and best practices change over time. Always consult the most current sources or a qualified professional before acting on Informational Content.

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 The Platform contains content created and submitted by users, including daycare listing descriptions, photos, reviews, and messages ("User Content").

5.2 ZuKeepr does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for User Content. The opinions expressed in reviews are the personal opinions of the reviewing parent and do not represent the views of ZuKeepr.

5.3 ZuKeepr moderates User Content on a post-publication basis where flagged or otherwise identified. ZuKeepr may, but is not obligated to, remove User Content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy or Community Guidelines. The absence of removal is not an endorsement of the content.

6. Third-Party Content and Services

6.1 The Platform may include links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, applications, or content ("Third-Party Resources"). Third-Party Resources are provided for your convenience, and ZuKeepr does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for them.

6.2 Your use of any Third-Party Resource is at your own risk and may be subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review them before using Third-Party Resources.

7. Beta Status

7.1 ZuKeepr is currently in beta. The Platform may behave unexpectedly, may include features that are designated as early access with reduced stability expectations, and may change, add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time before general availability.

7.2 The current beta status is disclosed visibly on the Platform through a banner or notice. The beta designation will be removed once ZuKeepr considers the Platform to have reached general availability for its launch markets. When that designation is removed, this Disclaimer will be updated to remove or revise beta-specific language as appropriate.

7.3 During the beta period, you accept the additional risk that features may be incomplete, that data displayed may be partial, that some workflows may not be optimized for all situations, and that bugs may occur. We rely on user feedback during this period to identify issues and improve the Platform.

8. No Guarantee of Outcomes

8.1 ZuKeepr does not guarantee that you will find a daycare placement, receive a specific number of applications, achieve any particular ranking or visibility, or obtain any particular financial or family outcome from your use of the Platform.

8.2 ZuKeepr does not guarantee that any daycare's information, availability, or pricing displayed on the Platform is current at the moment you act on it.

9. As-Is and As-Available

9.1 THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZuKeepr disclaims all warranties not expressly set out in our agreements with you. The limitations of liability set out in our Terms of Service and role-specific agreements (Parent Agreement, Daycare Agreement) apply to claims arising under or related to this Disclaimer.

10. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude or limit liability where exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law, including non-waivable rights under the British Columbia Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act, the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act, and equivalent consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence.

11. Updates to This Disclaimer

ZuKeepr may update this Disclaimer from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. The current version of this Disclaimer governs your use of the Platform.
