How much does Zukeepr cost for daycares?
Listing your daycare is completely free. The free plan supports up to 20 enrolled families. Premium is $11.99/month (first month free) and removes all limits — unlimited families, up to 5 locations. Promoted listings start at $29/month per city.
How does Zukeepr verify daycares?
You submit your childcare licence number during sign-up. Our admin team cross-checks it against the relevant state registry before your listing goes live. Parents see a 'Verified Licence' badge on your profile.
How do payments work?
You connect a Stripe account during onboarding. Families pay tuition through the Zukeepr app — by ACH or card — and Stripe deposits your full tuition amount directly into your account. The $3 platform fee is charged to the parent on each invoice, not to you.
Can I manage multiple locations?
Yes. The free plan covers one location. Daycare Premium ($11.99/month) includes up to 5 locations under one account. Need more? Contact us at support@zukeepr.com for a custom plan.
Do you take a cut of my tuition?
Never. Zukeepr charges parents a $3 per-invoice platform fee. Your tuition goes 100% to you via Stripe Connect.
What if I already have my own waitlist?
No problem — Zukeepr is additive, not a replacement. You can mark spots as available or unavailable at any time. Many providers use Zukeepr to fill openings while maintaining their own waitlist separately.
How long does it take to set up?
Most daycares complete their listing in under 10 minutes. Licence verification typically takes 1 business day. Once approved, your listing goes live immediately.
Is Zukeepr available in my city?
We're live in a growing number of markets across North America and are opening new ones steadily. If we're not in your area yet, list your daycare anyway — we'll notify local families as soon as we launch near you.
