What to include
- The page, address or feature affected.
- The steps to reproduce the issue, and what you saw happen.
- What you believe the impact is.
- How we can reach you with questions.
What to expect
We acknowledge every report within 5 business days, and we will keep you updated as we investigate and fix it.
Good-faith research
We will not take legal action against research carried out in good faith under this policy and reported to us promptly.
Please do not access, modify or delete other users' data. If you come across someone else's information, stop, and tell us what you saw.
Out of scope
- Denial-of-service attacks.
- Spam.
- Social engineering of our staff, daycares or families.
- Physical attacks on offices or equipment.
- Third-party services we use, which have their own reporting processes.
